RETURNS

We hope you're in love with your new purchase, but if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, you may START A RETURN HERE: Return Center.

• All items in the "SALE" section are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• Any item or discount marked "final sale" cannot be returned.
• Returns are accepted only within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  • Returns must be received in original, unused condition. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented, and with original labels and tags attached.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of arrival to our warehouse. You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed.
• Once you register your return,  you will receive a prepaid return label which must be scanned within 7 days of your order delivery date. Any returns postmarked after 7 days of the date your order was delivered will be rejected.
• Returns to original payment method are subject to an $8 return fee.
• Returns for store credit are FREE and have no return fee. Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email with a unique code for your store credit amount, available to be used on any future orders. 
• EXCHANGES: Due to high volume of orders, we do not offer exchanges! Instead, you may return the item (in accordance with the return policy), then place a new order for the new size/color/item.
• Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
