We truly hope you love your new pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process easy.

You may start a return through our Return Center.

Final Sale Items

Items in our Sale section or marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Item Condition

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unscented, and with original tags attached.

Return Shipping

Once your return is registered, you will receive a prepaid return label.
The label must be scanned within 7 days of your delivery date.
Returns shipped after this timeframe will be rejected.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after arrival at our warehouse.
You’ll receive an email once your refund is completed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Fees

Returns to the original payment method incur an $8 return fee.
Returns for store credit are free.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, simply return your order and place a new one.
